• Mr John Kirkwood is the Senior and Head Instructor at CHO'S TKD, and has been training in the art of Tae Kwon Do since the age of 4 yrs old. 

As a 3rd Degree Instructor he has an abundance of knowledge within sport and traditional Tae Kwon Do. As a world class competitor he loves nothing more than to pass his knowledge and skills onto his students and nurtures them to their goals!

As Scottish National Team Captain he ensure the squad not only have the necessary skills but also the necessary support when competing at National and International level.

MASTER JOHN KIRKWOOD 6TH DEGREE

Master Kirkwood is the Director of A.I.M.A.A Scotland and oversees all schools and Instructors within the country. As the appointed director he ensures that all students and Instructors receive the best possible training and teaching.

With over 35yrs experience in Taekwondo he teaches and trains at the A.I.M.A.A Scotland HQ in Blantyre as well as assist Mr John Kirkwood in his school in Lesmahagow.

With vast knowledge in the martial arts, no class is the same when training with Master Kirkwood. Your stamina, strength and speed will increase, your flexibility, coordination and senses will develop beyond your expectations.
